Like its grownup counterpart, CrossFit for children and teens is a workout that combines aspects from gymnastics; weight lifting; body-weight training, such as squats and pull-ups; and endurance training, such as running, jumping and climbing ropes.
Speed and agility training works on the development of motor abilities and the control of body movement through the development of the neuromuscular system.
Kids care is provided to CFIM members as a place for kids to relax and enjoy (i.e. play) their time at the gym – while you break a sweat! Includes – rock wall, sensory wall, benches, tv/netflix, etc. (No food, please)
